Energy balls are a delicious nutrient dense power snack. There are so many ingredient variations that make them enjoyable over and over again. They are portable and a great snack to grab versus an empty calorie snack that will leave you unsatisfied and hungry.


These are super simple to make - simply throw all the ingredients into a food processor and you're done! The added super-food in these energy balls is the mushroom powder.

Mushroom Powder Energy Balls


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cashews

  • 1 cup of medjool dates

  • 3 tablespoons of cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons of Harmonic Arts mushroom powder

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 tablespoon of oat milk

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder for rolling

  • 1 tablespoon of beetroot powder for rolling


Instructions:


1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.


2. Process until well combined.


3. Roll into golf ball sized balls.


4. Eat as is or roll in various toppings such as beetroot powder, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, etc!
