Healthy Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Smoothie

For this reason, you only need to use a small amount when sweetening a recipe. It is primarily grown in Brazil, Paraguay, China and Japan.

Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Smoothie


  • 1/2 small avocado

  • 1/2 a small banana

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk

  • 1/4 cup of cold water

  • 2 scoops of Now Foods Organic Better Stevia

  • 1 tablespoon of Cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 2 ice cubes

  • Caramel sauce (sugar-free)

  • Coconut whipped cream

  • 1 tablespoon of Chocolate chips

  • 1 crushed Oreo


1. Add all ingredients to a blender (except the caramel, whipped cream and Oreo).

2. Blend until completely smooth.

3. Drizzle caramel inside of the glass.

4. Pour the smoothie into the glass.

5. Top with whipped cream, more caramel and crushed Oreo.

6. Enjoy!
